Maybe .. and maybe not??
The notice shows that last week on 14 Mar ML went back to their raving mad major DTE shareholder and borrowed 12.5 mill shares.
And (surprise, surprise) on 15 Mar there was a high volume attack on Dart that saw the SP drop 5.5% and set a new record low.
It could be that they keep going as they have been doing.
BUT
The lower they push the SP, the more risky the shorting strategy becomes. I've been surprised when they have driven the SP past previous resistance lines before but given the nature of trading today, I'm optimistic about having loaded up today. I feel that if they try again, surely thay can't push the SP much further.
