I agree with HT1.
Speculation:-
At the moment (subject to confirmation of course) a Pluto II train looks like becoming reality. If neither of the closer wells (yet to be tested) to Pluto prove positive, then they will in all probability head out to Ragnar 1 and possibly Vucko if that proves positive.
If WPL head out to Ragnar 1, then it becomes a real viability, from a cost effective point of view, that BHP/Scarsborough will go with WPL. As Ragnar 1 is closer to Scarsborough than Pluto and joining such already paid for infrastructure would be considerable cost saving to BHP.
IMO no decisions are being made until mid year, which by then drill results should be in and possible options will be known along with cost analysis.
Also speculatively should Pluto II become solely WPL, then a Scarsborough and/or Hess may well fit out a Pluto III and/or IV.
In the end it will be the boys and girls in the Accounting Dept. that suggest which way would be the best viable (read profitable) one to venture.
