    64when Warren Buffet has been saying for the last 2yrs that the recovery in US Housing will take many by surprise and lead to the recovery in the US Economy

    He likens it to a steam lowered locomotive saying it takes a lot of time to stop it sliding backwards and then start to building up positive momentum but when it gets going get out of the way!
