in regards CXO, like anything these days money talks, if the discovery is big enough it won't be a problem acquiring the land/permits.
love the fact CXO has so few tradeable shares on issue, has the potential to do a VRX type run if the core assays confirm the visual copper.
if CXO breaks above 16c mid 20c's is the next likely destination and that probably even before the assay results are known.
