Knew of a "doctor" (question mark) once a few years back who wrote scrips on whichever (whomever's) pad came out of the drawer first. He seemed to have inherited/stockpiled some from his previous place of work, which itself had rather an "iffy" reputation with regard to it's owner's past integrity. This is a long story - but I'm not even alleging - I saw it.
