With all due respect, I agree with Resourced that it is stupid and arrogant to post stuff like that, which assumes that things are a foregone conclusion.
It's called counting chickens before they're hatched, and as you have no idea WHAT is in the judge's mind, there is no way that we can kiss this ridiculous charade goodbye until the fat lady has sung, gone, and disappeared over the horizon.
The fact that the judge has asked for the information from the AELB is of concern, and this could still go either way.
So now we have to wait until after April 4th. This just keeps dragging on. While WE all know that it is based on lies, deceit, misinformation, and scare tactics, the court and the judge may see it differently.
So please stop with all the posting of crap as though it is a done deal - it is NOT a done deal by any stretch of the imagination, and no amount of second-guessing will make it one.
