mining maven review of conti

I am a longterm observer and first time poster. Having read much commentary on production targets for later years it prompted me to query whether the later year production targets(7mt in 2013)assume that Ferriera mine is still operating. There have been many comments over time about the negotiations with the neighbouring landowners but little reported from the management on pending discussions. Little seems to be based on the fact that present assumptions assume this mine will close next year in which case where will production come from?
