I must be a good lawyer too Chris as I no longer practice either. I have never seen a company successfully uphold a confidentiallity agreement against a whistleblower. But let's not get into a lawyers spat.

Get this. My wife is at a mining conference in Cairns. FMG, BHP, RIO, Xstrata, NSW coal miners.... they are all there. I have no idea how she gets invites to these things but anyway. As you can imagine I asked her to get a complete list of email contacts for me.

PS. She said there are more women at the mining conference representing companies than at the banking and finance conferences.

PPS The only fun part of law Chris was the big invoice.
