It depends on how people do it, Elroy: day trading, for example, might just be jumping in to a share that has some momentum, and getting out on a tick- hopefully in one's own favour. I can't remember who it was on HC, but someone said they would never *invest* in many of the companies on the ASX, but they would *trade* pretty much all of them.
