there's still a big question mark over a couple of directors.

without mentioning any names otherwise this post will be moderated.

i see one that's been on a few boards. but hasn't put any runs on the board.

they still need a shake up, recruit a couple that have a history with majors/super majors.

we still seem to recruit people whom just making a nice living from being on a few penny dreadfuls.

Nido's recruitment rating over the past 7 years or so has been terrible to say the least. we are still on shakey ground with the next well because we lack 1st class very experienced "board" members.

are we ever going to get out of this mind set..????
