Hi Dragone, i followed the SFR story from $1(silly me never bought a share) I remember a powerful run to $2.50 and a huge pullback to $1.60 before setting sail to the sky. The knockers were out in full force basking with glory how SFR fell from $2.50 - $1.60 just like we saw with BTR, funny how we havnt heard from them in a while after all of their tripe was just that....tripe
The recent pullback is purely techincal and is par for the coarse. Short term(next 30 days) is anyones guess, medium term(12 months) i can see BTR anywhere from $2 - $7. My current position is liking this pullback as im going to buy back every share i sold at $1.90 that created my free carry position.
