They have plenty to gain by waiting till the last minute!

If the Russian bid falls over, for what ever reason, while they wait then they can put a bid in themselves at 30c or even lower and there would be no rush for them to do so either.

The way people's impatience/disappointment at the lack if a counter offer is tainting there posts is quite amusing.

As if anyone chucking a hissy fit in here is going to force someone to make an offer!

I'm still expect a counter offer but will be happy to accept the Russians' if no other bid is forthcoming.
