Well, Deb, I don't consider them huge problems, just very different from what I am used to. I would much rather deal with this than say.. 1. our financing has been pulled and we can't get anymore so we will issue more shares diluting my value in half, 2. someone figures out how to make ceramic supermagnets, 3. Malaysia has a communist revolution and nationalizes the plant just as it starts up, 4. rumors are spread and the share price drops to 2.5 cents with Stanley inhaling all the shares, then they offer a buyout price of fifty cents and claim its a good premium.
