DRP: OCF: Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

On 23 February 2012 Origin Energy announced an interim dividend of 25 cents
per share (fully franked) would be paid on 30 March 2012 to shareholders on
record at 5 March 2012.  It also announced that the DRP would be in operation
for this dividend and DRP shares would be issued at the volume weighted
average market price (VWAP) in the 10 trading days between 7 March 2012 and
20 March 2012 (both inclusive).

This notification is to advise that the DRP price is $12.94 per share.
