    in my experience big offmarket corss trades as we have seen today are usually followed by big SP increases
    the fact they are happening in the mid 40s also suggests those buying see a much higher SP. With the recent selling - sellers can lock in a 50% return but buyers are buying only for one reason, a much higher price
