Would be very interested in your thoughts regarding today's MOU signing with Port Farie Authority.
I realize that its just words and it does not clearly explain how it will minimize disruption to local residents etc, but it sounds like either they are reading HC and your post in particular, or they are being proactive and looking ahead in the right places?
I wont get my hopes up yet, just wanting to better understand the tasks facing CAP. I fully realize that an upgrade to a port is a difficult thing at best to bet on.

#Fundamental guy - so i dont post twice, your thoughts on today's Court update. Seems to follow on from what you said, well done by the way?
