Whos going to vote for this CR if the expected upgrade, promised this quarter, causes a serious rally.?

Hows there going to be a serious rally with this CR on the table?

The one thing going for this is if the tight fisted three or four major holders fill their boots it will be a 30 million dollar vote of confidence.

As someone said, I think this is the bottom.
