The Annual Meeting of Summerset Group Holdings Limited will be held on
Tuesday, 24 April 2012 at 1.00 p.m. in the Hui Room at Te Raukura, Odlins
Square, Taranaki Street Wharf Wellington.  The agenda is:

To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following ordinary resolutions:

1. That the Board is authorised to fix the Auditors' remuneration;

2. That Marcus Darville be re-elected as a Director of Summerset;

3. That Christopher Hadley be re-elected as a Director of Summerset.
