Oily - A final stop order means the shares are de-listed. We are not likely to see this company back on the ASX. Not to mention all of the professional fees that the company will have to issue thousands of options at 30 cents to pay to re-list if it ever does make it back. ridiculous!

Now all we are waiting on is for madam cheung to send us all a takeover offer for a fraction of what we paid and force us into accepting because we have nowhere else to sell the shares.. probably one of the smartest / cheapest ways to acquire world class tenements i have seen!

"In view of the above, the directors have decided to consent to ASIC issuing a final stop order in
relation to the prospectus lodged with ASIC on 9 November, 2011. ASIC had previously issued an
interim stop order in relation to the prospectus late last year."

Hopefully i am over reacting but its unlikely. Madam Cheung - send me anything in the mail today for all of my shares and ill take it - might as well cut some losses while the markets are still moving up!
