To me, these last two announcements are giving the whole thing a very solid and more secure feel now.
I'm sure there are more announcements to follow shortly - in particular, cash from Seychelles deal - regardless of the fine detail with JV etc.
There is a lot riding on getting the share price over the 10 cent mark and I think this is the beginning of the rise right now!
