I suppose the question is why spend up to $115m over a few years when you can buy them out for lets say $60m now.
MDX only has a market cap of $34m.
In my little mind I get the impression that that is what may have upset Mr Tsang.
Anyway I'm not sure if I should be happy or nervous having bought in before the TH.
