Of course he had a choice and the one he made initially to be martyr was evil and wrong.
His on-the-spot decision to kill the kids is merely an extension of that but one that absolutely had to be made when it was and again...and again, it was evil incarnate.
If you want to make the US fellows complicit....be my guest.
But you are patently wrong and in your acts validate - even if in only a weeny tiny bit - the actions of a most reprehensible and eradication-needing set of sub-humans.
