CHubbito, Unfortunately I don't have access to ASX releases around the date of the $2 proposal. However I am sure if you can go back to them BKY was eager to proceed at $2 but after doing DD the Russians were not willing.
I agree that BKY is very undervalued atm. For a company having such a small market cap there are a few large euro investors in this.
