gullable, IMO the mojority of share advisor are ignorant of the inside story of BRM, so they are inclined to advise sell and reinvest which would aid WN.
There are 3 options we have.
1:- Sell on market -- (can help WN get to their goal)
2:- accept WN's offer (what they wont)
3:- hold tight ------ (Frustrate WN)
4:- hold and see what happens in short term
Holding has many advantages.
a/ If WN only get to 89%, easier for them to pay cash.
b/ could end up similar to Portman ($3.85 to $21.50)
c/ who knows/ there are many other things that could happen.
d/ If they get to compulsory T/O we will get no less than the offer now.
