@seahunt, are you looking at the market depth? If so, it's unreliable for accurately judging the interest in a stock. Orders can be faked, added or removed at any time, and most aren't anywhere near the bid, so they are unlikely to affect trading on a given day.
It's the daily trade volume that's been decreasing while the price has been trapped in a narrowing range, indicating that there are fewer sellers each day at current prices.
