The term sheet from Patersons has some words in it:
"Patersons Securities Limited (“Patersons”) has been
appointed as Lead Manager and Underwriter. US investors
have agreed to cornerstone the Placement to $1.0m."
and
"We have cornerstone support for $3 million in the Placement and $1.0 of the SPP > balance of $1.0 million in the Placement and $1.0 of sub-underwriting of the SPP is offered to our desk."
