A lower price?

Disagree strongly. They already got one. And 'they' are a BIG reason why it is a lower price.

Lets not forget that fellow shareholders ;)

If they did seek a lower price (and not saying they would do that) it could easily be deducted that their funding delays caused a share price drop with the intention to negotiate harder for the next tranche.

I dont think that will happen. They got a bargain and they know they did.
