    Fact is it came out of the halt after Potter's "clarification" at 3.30 PM and traded until close. A trading halt was IMHO unwarranted ... just a pre-open would have sufficed ... a trading halt implies something major being announced and yet it was just a retraction and then trading started again. Hmmmmmmm..
