warranty ? wait b4 commiting further

I participated in SPP moderately, my issue is the warranty, I believe without it, the market will dump the stock in the short term, .35 cents less 20% to 25%...so could see the stock go below .30 to .26 as worse scenario.
Alternatively if it gets renewed we could see stock head up 20 25% fairly quickly....So I will wait for the outcome b4 commiting any further......
