seriously there's no need to attack Statsman because he is sitting on a big loss (paper mind you), id say the overwhelming majority of us PLV long term holders are. argue your case and attack his points, don't attack the man.

you are so confident that timeone wont come to the party OR that the deal will be re-negotiated, either one would decimate the fledgling SP (yes it actually can go lower!) why don't you go hard and short the stock, put your money where your ego is?

after-all.. how can lose, every sane adult knows it is unlikely that timeone will cough up the cash, even more unlikely that they will do it at 35.5 right?
