1. Market risk ... price movement of a stock
2. System risk ... Bad CEO, Market manipulation, pump and dump
you name your xxxx factor here
no point crying out loud, institution manipulation or some CEO make a f**K up or some other useless non-event
it is a GIVEN, it factor in number 2 risk
