If I understand it correctly, it's a program for the goobers with less than $500 worth of holdings to sell and get off the registry, or top up and have a shareholding worthy of having the time and money spent administering it.
How does someone end up with only $500 worth of FNT shares? ... maybe they spent $1500 of their hard earned at 38c a share?
