egm - res 2 +3 - board offers no recomdation

Res 2 and 3 will:

Add 146 million ESI shares at 0.006
Add 72 million ESIO shares at 0

Current SP: 1.7c

Monash get 300 million at 1.3c


If res 2+3 get passed we could potentially go back to the pump and dump days, why bring in further dilution to shareholders, i can see why the board offer no recommendation, i don't think they want this passed and was brought in earlier dare i say it..

Seen some posts of guys trying to manipulate the vote to yes and have joined HC just as the raising finished.

I dare say if these are passed we could potentially see a massive drop in SP.

I will be Voting as per the board's recommendations.
