    Try having your main meal at lunchtime Club_sharer.

    That way, you won't be relaxing in the evening, and sleeping, on a full stomach.

    People are amazed at how much I can eat during the daytime, but I still struggle to get above 78 Kilos.

    Might be worth a try.
