Totally agree that if they wished for resolutions 2 and 3 to be passed they would have recommended it.
I view this as another vote of confidence in the board because I believe it displays respect to the shareholders, especially those devoted long termers by giving them the opportunity to have their say, hence the no recommendation given for those two resoulutions.
Just my opinion only.
