Obviously it is not confirmed information (comes out of China Economic Net Beijing)....looks like a translated version which explains maybe the delay in publishing date. If Baoshan and Mits do tie-up for Jack Hills and the railway then i suspect the meetings in Beijing this month will be good for all in the mid-west.
