    Robin, although the rights (shares) are allocated to you, you still have to buy them at the issue price, 0.002cents, otherwise you'll lose them. If you can sell them, even at 0.001 cents, then you can buy more on market at 0.002 cents with your proceeds.
    Why would you bother buying any more? Whatever you buy will be recapitalised at 1 for every 100 you hold, ie, if you have have 100000, you'll end up with 1000 and who knows what they'll be worth soon after the event!
    Buying more is gambling with this company, throwing good money after bad. Still if you like gambling....
    And, in the meantime the directors and CEO still get paid heaps.
