re: Ann: Silver Lake to acquire Phillips Rive... Looks similar to the original deal as far as what we get (good sized resource and acerage with very good exploration upside) and what we pay for it (roughly 2.5% dilution).
I thought we might have got it a bit cheaper this time around than the original deal but still a good deal for us and better to get it at the original price than not at all.

I think $20 mill will be seen as a bargain before too long when the POG is much higher.
