Hi, could someone clear this up for me.....
Institutional investors got to buy shares at $10.70
Eligible share holders get to buy shares at $10.70; OR a 2% discount to the weighted average price of QBE between the 20-26 of march which would be much, much higher then $10.70.
SO which one is it??? Do we get shares at $10.70 or at the 2% discount to the vwap of the last 5 days??
Who makes the decision on which one it is??
Anyone know?
Much appreciated for any comments surrounding this.
