The Sp went high when GMR was tipped by a newsletter with many suscriptions
holders buying in at that time....the subscrition recommended dont chase the price and buy up to .20 if my memory stands correct.. Many subsciption holders dont chase and wait for that buy target....good chance when that cause for a floor orders are filled then Mali news will dominate.....you are lucky that floor was there....I have dropped my buy from that floor price....political risk has changed since that newsletter came out.....good luck all.
