Under any definition it is surely "past next week", and companies should make good on their promises or explain the situation.

I am starting to form the opinion that this change in drill plan has put back drilling progress months.

Now may also be a great time to give SOME specific details about the Iron Sands negotiations before we all start to think it is a figment of imagination.
