In all honesty, the license has always been that way. BHP have always held the title for the last 8 years. I must say, I don't blame this on Scott but investors themselves should have done their due diligence. Also, fear itself like greed is self fulfilling. BHP have numerous JVs with other minors. It's our own security that manifests itself into thinking BHP would hold out on us/screw us over. We've done this JV with BHP for the last 8 years and they've finally decided to walk away.
