Personally, from experience, I think the share price will move around the time JV deals get close to being done., therefore price action isn't suggesting that it is quite at that point yet. Have a look at any chart usually price begins to move anticipating a deal.....investors amazingly become psychic!
Australia is probaly closer than Morocco, simply as the 3d still needs to be procesed and evaluated for Morrocco, but hey anything could happen, tomorrow is a new day.
