He probably wouldn't walk, so the directors had to take this route to get rid of him.

As for 20 years of his life, he has been very well paid.

imho, this is good news. JH seemed highly opinionated, and was often wrong. Just look at all the cash used up with the coal drills - but Mt Kitty still hasn't happened!

We have had poor farmins, farmins that didn't pay and farmins that were given a free ride, all at shareholders cost. And in all this time a major farmin has been spruked, but never achieved.

JH did a lot of good (re getting the permits etc), but now it's time to move on. Court action against ctp just proves his lack of true commitment to ctp holders, imho.
