    Just a quick question... who benefits from this delay?

    Would it be heathgate? Or AGS?

    Is this a game of 'making a deal' before the decision is finalized?

    If we go with this logic, who originally requested an extension? Heathgate - perhaps this was in anticipation of getting a result before deciding on the Mining lease.
