large thermal coal on chinese eastern border..

Well technically this stock is looking good with a break out today. The Ascending triangle atop a flag pole caught my attention on the weekend. I expect the rally to continue here.

The fundamentals look promising also with the likelyhood of a large Thermal Coal deposit near existing rail and in close proximity to the Chinese "Eastern" Border (as opposed to northern border from Mongolia).

The Northern part of China will be awash with Mongolian coal in a few years but it is a long way from the mid eastern part of the country. So a deposit no far from the eastern boundary will enjoy a considerable advantage in term of lower transport costs and high demand.
