The recent increase in volume and sp is speculation driven, no doubt about that. We all speculate on an imminent t/o or IO buy out. The difference to other comp's run ups on speculation is that those start to run from a fair value base to a new high. HAW was in the low and still has to go 100% to come any near to fair value.
That's why this current " speculation " is nothing but getting set in a way undervalued stock and our posts and comments opened the eyes of many.
NWE is pure speculation, nobody knows what they are sitting on. But we know what we've got. But the market is a follower, not a "think ahead" investor. That's why the herd is running into NWE, not really knowing what's to come. We have to be patient, our run hasn't even started yet.
