some are talking an 400mtpa common user rail system to feed the expansion at abbot point and dudgeon point.

all stars are aligning now though - we have the coal resource upgrade due very soon, the rail study underway, the scoping study to commence and EER should receive the MDL shortly.

all we need now is the federal labor party to be annihilated at the next election(which will happen) and all will be back to business as usual.
