They had just under $24 million at the end of December plus the last $3 million they received for Beibu which puts them in a decent cash position.
If they can't cover what they want to do with what they already have this raising could be quite significant. Maybe another half-billion shares on the register.
Probably at 4.3c - 4.5c is my guess.
