Steini, I believe if he/ she was a real seller then they would leave the offer on the screen once they put it there. Problem with that is that if left there for any length of time the buyers will snap them up. I believe the capper is merely playing for time - i.e. waiting for the announcement to come and then let market forces take over. That's why when I say the bid at 1.3c go I felt the time to let the herd take control is almost upon us. Get ready for an announcement - very soon!!
